TCOR acquired the Bluemont Hotel in February of 2026.

The Bluemont Hotel offers the opportunity to create a one- of-a-kind Graduate by Hilton hotel in Manhattan, “The Little Apple”.

The hotel is located directly across the street from the Kansas State University campus main entrance and Aggieville, which is the oldest shopping district in Kansas, with over 100 businesses including restaurants, bars and shopping.

The hotel will continue to be operated as the independent Bluemont until the renovation is complete which is planned for May of 2027.  The property will be converted to a Graduate by Hilton.
